Anthony D'Ambrosio, a one-time chef at Five Doors North and recent catering company owner, took it upon himself to bring the ocean to Yonge and Eglinton. Or something close enough.
Located in Midtown, this fishmonger lets diners select the from daily catch on display and then have it cooked up any way they like to order. The menu is extensive and varied, but the fried fish (served on a stick for easy eating) should not be overlooked - choices include succulent, moist fillets of haddock, cod or halibut ($14-$17) encased in a light, golden batter.
